Shipping policy

IN STOCK ITEMS: Parts are typically shipped or ready for pickup within 1 business day of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday and Postal Holidays). In stock bicycles may take up to 4 business days to ship given assembly and safe packaging.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Please note that some special order items are showing delivery times that may not be accurate and assume the item is in stock. We will reach out to confirm the timing on Special Order items before accepting payment and processing the order. Orbea and Riese & Muller bikes may require extended delivery windows due to production scheduling and trans-Atlantic shipping. 

LOCAL PICKUP: Available during normal business hours.
