PRODUCT DETAILS

The 2027 Orbea Rallon D-LTD is a downhill and bike-park build on Orbea's Rallon OMR carbon frame - a dual-crown, gravity-focused machine built for lift-served laps and the steepest, fastest descents. With a 203mm Fox 40 dual-crown fork, a downhill-grade Shimano Saint drivetrain, and burly DH-specific parts, the Rallon D-LTD turns the proven Rallon platform into a bona fide park weapon.

OMR Carbon Gravity Build

Orbea's Rallon OMR carbon frame uses Pure Gravity geometry, the Concentric rear suspension layout, and an Attitude Adjust flip chip to fine-tune the ride. Boost 12x148 spacing, ISCG05 mounts, 29" wheels, and a 442mm chainstay deliver a planted, confident platform - here built up for full downhill duty.

Fox 40 Dual-Crown 203mm

A burly 203mm Fox 40 Float Factory dual-crown fork with Kashima coating and a Fox Float X2 Factory rear shock deliver massive, fully-controlled travel for the roughest terrain, while aggressive Schwalbe Magic Mary 29x2.50" Ultra Soft tires keep you planted on steep, loose, high-speed descents.

Shimano Saint Downhill Drivetrain

A downhill-grade Shimano Saint M820 drivetrain delivers rugged, precise shifting built for gravity riding, while top-tier Shimano XTR hydraulic disc brakes provide enormous, controlled stopping power. A Race Face Atlas direct-mount stem and DH cockpit complete a true park build.

Available in three colorways - White - Black, Green - Purple, and Nickel - plus a custom MyO option, in sizes S-XL.

FREQUENTLY ASKED:

  • What kind of bike is the Rallon D-LTD? It's a downhill / bike-park build of the Rallon - a dual-crown 203mm Fox 40 fork, a downhill Shimano Saint drivetrain, and DH-specific parts on Orbea's Rallon OMR carbon frame, built for lift-served park laps and the steepest descents.
  • Does it have a dropper post? No - the D-LTD uses a fixed Race Face Turbine seatpost, as is typical for a downhill/park build.
  • What is the difference between the Rallon and the Rallon 450? The 450 uses a longer 450mm chainstay for added high-speed stability; this D-LTD uses the standard 442mm chainstay.
  • Is the frame carbon? Yes - the Rallon D-LTD uses Orbea's OMR carbon frame.
  • How is this different from the Rallon E models? The E models are enduro builds with a single-crown 180mm fork and a dropper post; the D-LTD is a dedicated downhill/park build with a dual-crown 203mm fork and a fixed post.
  • What's new for 2027? Updated 2027 Rallon platform with Attitude Adjust geometry and new colorways.
