- Fastens directly to Salsa Cutthroat frame using Salsa EXP Direct Mount Thumb Screws (included) on bikes equipped with the Salsa EXP Direct Mount System
- Internal hook and loop divider for separating gear and managing storage
- Exit port along downtube for use with water bladder or lights
