Brake pad are dry and cracked, needing replacement.
Rust on stem and seat clamp bolts, may need replacing.
Tires and saddle are dry rotted, and will need replacement.
Some corrosion to spoke nipples, but they do spin freely.
Replace grips.
Surface rust on chain, may need replacing.
Cable and housing replacement.
