This bike would need new brake/shift cables and housing, new bar tape, wheel truing, front and rear derailleur adjustment, a new chain, and new tires. The frame shows many scratches and scuffs. Most components would need lubrication and cleaning as well.
SIZING: Based on traditional sizing, it could fit someone 5'9" - 6'1". Please note this is an approximate range and the buyer is responsible for verifying the fit before purchase.
